Our founding operational base. The Buea HQ handles walk-in parcel intake, domestic waybill generation, express Buea–Douala line-haul dispatch, and serves as the primary client-facing hub for the Southwest Region. All cross-border air freight inquiries originate here.
We cleared the
logistics black box
in Cameroon
CamLogix Global Logistics Ltd. was built on a single conviction: cargo moving through Cameroon deserves the same end-to-end visibility as any international freight corridor. We built the infrastructure — four physical hubs, a full waybill chain, and real-time tracking — to make that true.
Our Cameroon logistics network — four custody hubs
Every CamLogix shipment moves between verified physical nodes. Each hub employs trained intake agents, maintains signed manifests, and operates under our central custody chain — eliminating the handover gaps that cause cargo to disappear inside Cameroon’s transport system.
The Limbe depot handles last-mile delivery across the coastal Southwest corridor, including parcels destined for Limbe neighbourhoods and the Down Beach commercial zone. Also serves as a satellite collection point feeding the Buea–Douala line-haul.
Our heaviest-capacity node. The Douala Port Terminal manages all international ocean freight clearing through CAMCIS, BIVAC coordination, container devanning, and bonded warehousing. It is also the primary transfer point for the Douala–Yaoundé express corridor.
Our capital-city delivery point for government, diplomatic, and commercial clients in Yaoundé. The Yaoundé Hub receives daily inbound runs from Douala and handles both B2C parcel delivery and B2B commercial freight distribution across the Centre Region.
Supply chain transparency — our Cameroon guarantees
Every shipment we handle is governed by a documented custody chain. No verbal handovers. No unmanifested transfers. Every parcel is signed in and signed out at each node — creating an auditable record from intake to delivered signature.
The CamLogix custody chain — every shipment, every time
Security, clearance & transit time commitments
Douala port clearance speed
Standard CAMCIS clearance completed in 3 working days for correctly documented shipments. Our pre-shipment documentation service files import declarations at origin to guarantee this window.
Bonded warehouse surveillance
All cargo held in our Douala bonded facility during customs processing is secured under 24/7 on-site supervision with full inventory manifest reconciled daily. No unsupervised storage.
Waybill manifesting on every parcel
Every parcel — regardless of size or value — receives a signed waybill at intake. No verbal consignments. No unmanifested parcels enter our network. This single rule eliminates the primary source of domestic cargo loss in Cameroon.
Parcel isolation & tamper policy
Each parcel is individually sealed at intake. Any broken seal on arrival triggers an immediate exception report and client notification before release. Cargo is never consolidated into open bins during transit.
On-time transit rate
Our domestic corridor schedules run fixed daily departures with no ad-hoc delay tolerance. The 98% on-time rate is measured from scheduled departure time at origin hub to confirmed delivery sign-off.
Instant exception notifications
Any delay, customs hold, or damaged-seal event triggers an automatic SMS notification to the consignee via MTN and Orange gateways within 15 minutes of the exception being logged by the handling agent.
Every corridor in Cameroon deserves
end-to-end cargo visibility
We didn’t build CamLogix to compete on price. We built it to eliminate the information gap that causes cargo to disappear. A shipment that can be tracked, manifested, and signed for at every node is a shipment that arrives. That’s the only standard we operate to.
